General Information

1. How to order

  1. Please fill out "Inquiry Sheet" and submit.
  2. "Quotation" will be sent by e-mail by return.
  3. Please confirm the order by e-mail. At the same time send "Card Registration Form" filled out by FAX.
  4. You will receive the order confirmation mail by return.

2. Transportation

  1. The goods will be shipped by Post Office Air, SAL, Sea or EMS according to your requirement.
  2. It takes about 1-2 weeks for Air, 2-3 weeks for SAL, 4-5 weeks for Sea and , 3-7 days for EMS. Please refer to the Post Office Site.
  3. Each postage in case of 1kg for Europ countries: 1,860yen for Air, 1,080yen for SAL, 770yen for Sea and 2,800yen for EMS.

3. Prices

---General Books---

  1. Offer Price=Total List Price x Figure as shown in the table below. If the total list price is less than 1000yen, the offer price will be total list price + the amount in the table below.
  2. Offer Price includes shipping and handling charges, etc.
  3. In some coutries SAL is not available.

---Magazines---　

  1. Please fill out "Inquiry Sheet" and submit.
  2. "Quotation" will be sent by e-mail within a few days.
  3. Three different prices will be normally offered for Air, SAL and Sea shipments.
  4. Offer Price includes Total List Price, Shipping, Handling Charges, etc.
  5. Magazines normally should be subscribed for six months at least.
  6. Choose one of the shipping ways and confirm the order by e-mail . At the same time send "Card Registration Form" filled out by FAX.
  7. The order will be processed.

4. Payment

  1. Generally payment is required by VISA/MASTER cards.
  2. Please send "Card Registration Form" filled out by FAX.
  3. The receipt will be confirmed by e-mail to you by return.
  4. The card info should be STRICTLY kept by us, not stored in computer.
  5. After shipment the amount will be charged to the card.
  6. The payment details will be advised together with the shipping details by e-mail.
  7. After a certain period, the amount will be paid from your account.
PayPal can be used.

5. Others

  1. The sales taxes in Japan are exempt.
  2. Generally, returns are not accepted; except only in the case of significantly damaged and defective products.
  3. Customs duty, etc. imposed in your country should be solved by you.
